My Journey as an Author – From Amazon KDP to Kashan Novels
Writing has always been more than just a hobby for me — it’s my passion, my way of expressing imagination, and creating fictional worlds that readers can connect with. While I come from a marketing and graphic designing background in Pakistan, my heart has always belonged to storytelling and fiction writing.
The Beginning of My Writing Journey
Back in 2019, I decided to follow my dream and started publishing on Amazon KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing). It was the beginning of an exciting chapter of my life as an author. Within just two years, I had written and published 50+ novels, and to my surprise, readers loved my work.
My audience appreciated my fiction, sci-fi, and thriller novels, and soon my books started generating a good income. It felt like a dream come true — I was finally living the life I had always imagined.

By 2021, I wanted to give back to the community. I started teaching Amazon KDP for free in Pakistan through YouTube. I wanted to empower young writers and show them that publishing internationally was possible.
Unfortunately, during a demo setup for teaching, Amazon detected a duplicate account under my IP. This led to the termination of my main KDP account — the very account that had all my 50+ published novels and ongoing royalties. Despite countless emails and appeals, Amazon refused to restore it.
It was heartbreaking. Losing years of hard work made me feel like my author journey had ended before it truly began.

A Fresh Start in 2025
Even though I shifted my focus back to my marketing agency projects, the love for writing never left me. In 2025, I decided to start fresh. I published two new novels:
Wolf X – A thrilling sci-fi action novel
The Woman in Room 9 – A mind-bending psychological thriller
But once again, Amazon detected my IP and blocked my books within just 15 days. That was the final push I needed to realize that I could no longer rely on platforms that didn’t value authors the way they should

The Birth of Kashan Novels
On 22nd August 2025, I officially launched KashanNovels.store, my very own platform dedicated to my readers worldwide. This website is more than just a bookstore — it’s a home for my novels, stories, and future projects.
Here, I have complete freedom to share my fictional worlds, thrillers, and sci-fi adventures without the fear of losing my work. Most importantly, I can connect directly with my readers without any third-party restrictions.
🚀 Looking Ahead
This is not just the rebirth of my author journey — it’s the beginning of something much bigger. I aim to keep writing thrillers, science fiction, and imaginative fiction novels, while also sharing my experiences and thoughts here on my Author Blog.
